Cut testing includes both the Coupe and ISO test. Tested using a rotating blade with a fixed load to determine a cut rating between 1-5. If the blade makes 60 passes without cutting the material than it moves to the ISO or TDM test. The Coup Test can sometime fail with a highly cut resistant material because it dulls the blade and does not produce results. It is more frequently used for lower cut resistant materials. If it provides a 3 or above it is marked as an “X” for not applicable.

ANSI/ISEA 105 is the American National Standard for hand protection classifications that regulates how gloves are tested and rated for different levels of cut resistance. Updated in 2016 from 1-5 to A1-A9 the higher number indicates greater cut resistance or more technically that it can withstand more grams of force. The test is performed in the same manner as the ANSI/ISEA standard however, the load forces are in newtons instead of grams. It is the highest newtons of force on the scale. Something for everyone on the menu -- multiple schnitzel choices; goulash looked great;... Them another 30 minutes, by which time the others had already finished their meals. My Beef Burger was also only average at best (for an above-average price). Overall definitely a disappointing experience and not a restaurant I would visit for a second time.
It just looks like such a fun place, it’s a shame that the food just isn’t very good. I had dinner there with a couple of friends. After we had placed our order, it took them over an hour until the food was finally served. Well, actually only the food my friends had ordered, because they had completely forgotten my order. When I got home I realized the rang up at full price.
The starters were ok and the food, Beef, was very nice. For a restaurant that was full, the service was also very... It provides longer life and has lower particulate shed for manufacturing, service work and remodeling applications. The Name says it all, it is traditional for Frankfurt with a great location and good food. But as old as the building is, you would think it comes with tradition and outstanding service- but no one knows, as you never get to see or...
Definitely avoid as it is not worth a visit. Lots of negative reviews - but not sure I went to the same restraunt! Very busy - but we were sat upstairs and told we should be patient. Service however was superb - wasnt rushed and wasnt quick - perfect for a longer dinner. The servers were all quite busy but still rather attentive.
